My female cat got scared of something and was hiding for a few days. During that time she also acted scared of my male cat. Now she’s not hiding as much but she’s still acting scared of him. They used to be friends. Both are 1 year old. What should I do?

Hi everyone, My dog Mylo has suddenly started gagging and seems to be choking on something. But, I am not sure what. She is struggling to spit something, if there is any. And, now she has been spitting out mucus kind of a substance freauently. Kindly help me out immediately if someone has ever encountered such a thing. There are no proper facilities like vet on call or veterinary hospitals in my hometown. Attached photos of the same.
