Hi Chaitra! If there is no bald patches due to to the hairloss and as you are saying she is otherwise normal, it can be due to the seasonal changes. As cats tend to shed more during summer. But if it continues and gets bald patches or rashes in the body you can schedule a vet visit.

And do check for any flea or ticks that can also cause hairfall. In that case spot on medication can be used but she have to be 2 month or above for using that.

Thanks doc! I did schedule a vet visit from Kuddle and found out she has a deficiency and hence the hair loss. We are giving her supplements now

QnA
Hi, there's a (friendly) stray dog in my area whom we regularly feed. We saw that he has some skin issues and did an online vet consultation on the Kuddle app. The vet suggested bathing him. The stray does not like water. Does the community have any tips on how to bathe a stray? I was suggested muzzling him to avoid him biting me. I also wanted to know if there is any specific process I should follow to make him used to muzzles. Looking forward to your responses! Thanks!2 likes•1 comments•54 views
