Flea dirt harmful for dogs?

Hi. Not really but as it is basically a flea feces, a pet having flea dirt should be thoroughly washed off using an anti- flea shampoo.

Hey, I have already visited the vet, and he said it’s due to grooming, or some other dogs allergy must have got transmitted through the tools used while grooming.
