Found these worms in my cats vomit now.
This is the first time I saw this.
He was not eating properly for the past 1 week and sleeping throughout the day.
I allowed him to stay in my terrace garden yesterday night.
Please advice what should I do
January. He was an outdoor cat then. We got him spayed and he started living indoor. A few weeks back he had eaten a lizard too. Did the parasite come from there ?
These are round worms, you need to get him dewormed. If there are a lot of worms post deworming you can repeat it after 2 weeks, if not once in 3 months.
They usually come from contaminate food/water sources. Fleas can be carriers too, please apply a spot on if there are fleas on the body.
