Looking for guidance in dealing with pseudo pregnancy in dogs.
After consulting with the vet, we've decided to get her spayed and it's scheduled for next week. But she has extremely low appetite in general and she's constantly puking whatever she eats too. Is there anything I can do to make her feel better until the surgery?

Ideally spaying is to be performed post end of pseudopregnancy phase otherwise there can be prolonged post operative pseudopregnancy symptoms .
There are hormonal medicines that can be given for pseudopregnancy if symptoms are major but it is to be used judiciously with consultation with your regular vet.
Please get a vet checkup and bloodwork done to ensure that the low appetite and vomiting is just due to pseudopregnancy and possible gastritis rather than anything more serious.
