Hey. Syrup must have been aspirated into lungs. I suggest you to see a doctor soon. It might lead to pneumonia if left untreated.

Hello ! My Persian cat is eight months old, fully immunised, and in wonderful health. I am unable to take him in with my family and I since we are relocating abroad due to some inconvenience. It would be wonderful if you could help him with the adoption, or if I could give him to you. He is like our son, therefore we just want him to find a similar home, not money or anything else. I would be appreciative if any of you could take him in.
