My 2 months kitten doesnt know to jump only what can I do ,since his siblings didn't make it (single )hhe still doesn't know to jump at all..He just plays within the ground only .Max he just climbs

Heyy doctor! My 15 months old female dog, "PARLIE", is not having any meals for last 4-5 days. She has also decreased the amount of having water. She literally doesn't want to have anything currently, not even her favourite foods. I gave liver tonic too. She hasn't vomited also, just doesn't want to have foods. Kindly please suggest me something to help the dog.
