My kitten farts two to three times or so, but I've noticed this only when I feed him dry food. I've also tried feeding him dry food as is and mixed with wet food. Is this normal? The farts are quite stinky. When I give him only wet food, he doesn't fart. Also, another thing is he eats a lot as if he has been starving. Is that normal too? But he plays and zooms around the house like crazy.
Hi. It could be due to indigestion/food intolerance or happens when pet eats too quickly.
1. Try soaking dry kibbles in water before feeding/reduce the quantity of dry kibbles.
2. Get a slow feeder bowl.
