Hi Dishon. It’s best to avoid. The reasons are 1. Cooked bones becomes brittle and the sharp shards can cause trauma and obstructions. 2. Raw bones which are bigger in size can be given, but the chances of bacterial contamination leading to infection would be higher. So, you can provide chew sticks rather. Even dehydrated bones are considered safe but a supervision is must.

Hi! My female lab 1 year 3 months now had her first heat on 2nd July, 2023. When should we be prepared for her next heat? Is there a regular cycle patterns in dogs? If yes, then Maggie should be having her heat by now but she hasn't had her heat yet.
