These are fungal lesions. Apply E6 lotion twice daily and Conaseb shampoo for bathing once weekly. Furglow 5ml twice daily after food. If the patches are spreading and there's too much itching, you can book a online consultation with a vet immediately or take him physically to a vet because oral antifungals might be required.
