9 months agoQnAMy dog had umblical hernia surgery back in February 2024 I see a small leison next to the operated area which he constantly licks these days and same time he got netutered too. He licks the operated area as if he is in pain. The same behavior(whining and licking) we used to observe when he was in pain before getting operated. Could you please let me know what it is and why ? Anyway am going to consult his surgeon in two days as he is out station now.2 comments•229 views
1 year agoQnAHi, My pet (female golden retriever, 3yrs) frequently keeps getting skin infection. Almost every other month it keep coming back. Vet has been given antibiotics multiple times in last 2yrs but it only gives temporary relief. It is either bacterial or sometimes even fungal. Any suggestions? I have tried given omega syrups, medicated food specifically for skin, spot-ons for skin strengthing but nothing seem to be giving a solution. She is mostly indoors and only during walk she goes out in open ground. I don't think it's due to my surroundings as we have shifted to multiple locations and the infection did not stop.1 likes•11 comments•219 views
