Can I give this medicine once in three months or should it be given once in a month ? Should I additionally give deworming tablet too ? If yes which tablet go give. Kindly let me know My pet is 19 kgs and he is a cocker spaniel

Hi Madhu. Afoxolaner content in the tablet alone doesn’t work against intestinal worms but ectoparasites like ticks, fleas and mites. You can either go for Nexgard Spectra or Nexgard with deworming tablets like Kiwof plus/skyworm/Eazy pet(2-0-0). Nexgard and Nexgard spectra give protection for a month whereas other deworming tablets give protection for 3-6 months.

Hi doctor, my Jerry is puking since 2 days. Day before yesterday we gave him 1 medicine for itching as he was having heat irritations on skin and now we have stopped giving him that medicine still he is puking. Medine picture and picking picture is attached below. He is eating normally and drinking water also and active. Can you please suggest what to do.
