How much quantity of sweet potato can be given toan 8 months old Shihtzu and can it be given everyday coz my puppy want to eat sweet potato in his first meal.

20-30gm should be fine At this age, I would suggest giving more of chicken/fish/egg for good growth.

Yes, I give him chicken or egg mixed with pumpkin and rice for lunch and kibbles for dinner but for breakfast he only eat sweet potato, cucumber, small piece or carrot. Breakfast at 8pm lunch at 1:30 and dinner at 7:45. This is his usual routine.
