Hi, when I reached home my 45 days beagle puppy was lying straight and body was stiffed , I had to rub his back and stomach otherwise he was not getting up on his legs also it looks like he had urinated on his legs

My dog is a 3 year old female Golden Retriever 32KGs.
Her last deworming was in December 2022. Please let me know what tablet to give, if I can buy it from a local medical store, and whether I could administer it myself.

My 6 month ols beagle has suddenly started limping everytime he wakes up from sleep. (Stays for 2 minutes then his walk is normal). It has started since the last two three days. No injuries as such.
