My puppy would always itch his ear and upon examining him I came across these flaky stuff near his ear’s hair follicle. What do I do about it?

Hi Ankitha. You can use any antifungal shampoo that are available in the market. Also include Omega fatty acid supplements for a month or two.

Doc what are a few measures to be taken to prevent the same? Also my pup is only 51 days so what is the alternative?

1.Give him well balanced nutritional diet 2. Include omega fatty acids in his diet 3. Groom him regularly 4. Keep his bedding clean As he is 51 days old, you can use conaseb shampoo for a month with an interval of 10 days.

I have seen a few posts mentioning about dogs not eating food. This video will certainly help - Just the way we humans prefer fresh food, our pets also love having fresh food. Take some time out every day to cook fresh veggies every day. I Boil carrots, beans, sweet potatoes , potatoes, 1 spoon rice and 1 spoon dal , 1 boiled egg and half spoon oil for 4-5 whistles. Don't restrict to these vegetables alone. I keep changing the veggies.. like - peas , disco pumpkin, cabbage etc Add 3 spoons of your kibble to make it crunchier. Trust me, Leo never had an issue with the food. He eats every single part of the meal twice a day 😋
