Need some more information. Was your pet hit by any object? Or it could be any fungal or bacterial infection as well!! A veterinarian can diagnose only by looking at the lesion.

My 2 month old ragdoll kitten arrived 2 days ago and has puked twice in the past one day. She is playful and active but eats very little(1/4 packet whiskas wet food,15-16 kibbles of dry food in the entire day). She pooped thrice as well within the same day. Is she sick? She was dewormed on 24th feb(less than 10 days ago).
