You can give omega 3,omega 6 fatty acid supplements twice daily , like furglow/nutricoat 5ml twice daily. However the underlying cause of hair fall needs to be investigated, if it's flea bite dermatitis/fungal/ bacterial ,in that case giving only this supplement won't be enough.
