Start giving him chicken broth first and then give small boiled pieces of chicken mixed with rice if he likes to have that u can increase the quantity gradually
U can give upto 15-20 grams of boiled chicken maximum per day for his age

Yes please, rottweilers are very fast growing and require a lot of high quality protein in their diet. Cooked Chicken (boneless) / egg  would be good to start with and later you can try other meat sources if you handle them. The quantities would depend on his bodyweigh and relative growth.
