Hi, My rottweiler aged 1 year 10 months is suffering from tick fever, his platelets counts are nearly 60,000, what food should I feed him to recover fast?

Hi Kavya. I assume he is already on platelet enhancer syrup. Foods that help to increase the counts are chicken/mutton soup, egg, fish, liver, papaya, pumpkin and spinach etc.
