My 4 month old Shih Tzu looks agitated. She tries to bite us and does not stop even after we ask her to stop and her digging behaviour also has increased. She is also very restless and anxious for some reason

No. We don't leave her alone at all. We haven't even house trained her yet. Planning to start that from next week.

A rescuer has rescued 9 puppies alone and keeping them at home . She has 2 other dogs she cannot keep them any longer decided to leave them back . 2 are at foster home .
