Hi team this is a indie near my home . I do not know what its condition is . He is unable to stand straight and always stands in this C shape. Before he was healthy since 2 months he is been like this lean and weak . What might be his condition

9 months old maltipoo having this patch on his lumbar region. lately he's been biting this particular area and lays on his back and scratches against the carpet. no ticks on his skin for now. visiting vet gave him neomec injection and recommended to apply curabless ointment. bit worried for my pet. hope we are on the right treatment.
