Best option would be travel in 1st coach in train Or if you have a car, you can do drive from bangalore to goa Keep anti-anxiety pills with you. Dr. can suggest meds if the dog have any conditions

Travelling via flight I wouldn’t recommend, because they will keep him in cargo/luggae section which will not be a good experience for the dog
