When I try to lift my dog it's growling

Hi Vasishta. Growling is a way communication for dogs and cats. If he is doing so when you are trying to lift him, it indicates he doesn’t like being lifted (especially when he is busy in eating or playing). Rather you speak to him with love and call him towards you by giving some treats.
