my dog was biten yesterday by street dogs. now it is breathingout from stomach with very much difficulty. please help

Your dog needs to be stabilized and if there are any wounds it who be cleaned with an antiseptic and get your dog vaccinated I.e 5 shots (0,3,7,14&28th day)as soon as possible
