Hey Neha, please rush him to the hospital immediately. This could be parvo. Please stop feeding him anything right away. I can’t stress enough on how urgently you need to rush the baby to a vet or to a hospital.

Yes, I the vet had come home and he has a gut infection, prescribed meds for 2 days in case it doesn’t reduce it might be tick fever as he was exposed to ticks in the garden recently too. He’s under observation:) thank you
