My dog is having red spots on his chest area and paws.. he keeps spilling water and sleeps on it. Can you suggest any powder that could be used?

Hello. Make sure he doesn’t come in contact with water except while bathing. Use T bact ointment and observe. But I would advise you to take an online consultation with a vet to discuss more.
