My dog a Shih Tzu (male), have started humping around the house, couple of time blood have come from his genitals. Is this common or we need to consult a very? PS: He is 1 year old.

Hello, my 16 month old golden retriever seems to have developed a lump on the side just below his ribs. This is the first time I'm noticing it so it must have developed over the last couple days or so. It seems to be beneath the skin (nothing visible over the skin) and movable while examining.
