my dog shihtzu is 6 months old n got her 1st heat it strtd on 29th Oct n her vagina is swollen ! for how many days it'll last n should I take her to the hospital ?

In pets heat period will be there for 10-15 days, send a photo by that I can diagnose is it just the heat or prolapse is there
