Hello everyone With toy breed dogs and puppies , is there a risk of cat attacks on them? Also any tips/advice/ideas for stopping cat coming from an open window

Hi Gitanjali, actually, it's often dogs that tend to chase cats, not the other way around. Cats might be drawn to smells of mutton, chicken or fish so keep those items away from windows. You could also consider installing window mesh or guards.
