I have given Simparica Trio (20-40 kg) today after meal as advised by vet. Should I still give him Worex XL on September 5th?

If you have given Simparica Trio which contains Sarolaner, Moxidectin and Pyrantel ..It gives protection against ticks, fleas, intestinal worm （ roundworms, hookworms, heartworms..）..It is fine sir..
