Hey. Must be an infection which has led to pus formation, if not treated it worsens the condition or might lead to maggot wound. To rule out fracture, your pet has to undergo clinical examination. Kindly book an appointment with a veterinarian as soon as possible to get the proper treatment

Mam I am living in village so there is no veterinary clinic around me and for online booking I don't have any mpay...coz I am 17 so what to do If possible can uhhh Hope you will agree My Bella is in pain she can't even eat any thing 😩 😪 May Allah bless you ✨️

Its really not advisable to treat without a vet's supervision Misba. I still recommend you to visit a government veterinary hospital which is nearby. Anyhow the whole pus has to be removed by wearing gloves and wound should be cleaned with Betadine solution. Suturing of the wound may be required and has to be decided by a vet only. Apply povidone iodine ointment with D'Mag spray. Give Syrup Haempyrin (0.5ml, twice a day for 5 days) and syrup Cephavet 1ml, twice a day for 5 days.
