I just adopted a Shih Tzu who is 10 months old. He lived with other pups. Got him today and he hasn't eaten or passed loo or poo.. from the time we got him home. Will he be okay. My American bully has a flaky fungal infection. She sheds a lot and has itchy skin during this period. She is on and off meds for about a year.
