You can try playing some mental enrichment games indoors. Get some stones and leaves and twigs from outside and scatter them in your hall and let Luffy sniff. You can also try hiding some treats in a towel and tying a knot and let Luffy find the treats. These simple mental enrichment games will help him stay active during rains.
