Hi Dishon. If redness is just on lower eyelid, it indicates fever or systemic infection. If the whole eye has turned red, it could be conjunctivitis or any trauma or any other condition. Get your pet checked clinically to rule out the same. You can book a home consultation with a veterinarian.
