Hello, Can I give Meloxicam to my senior dog on a long term basis? He has osteoarthritis. I used to give the tablet to him whenever he seemed in pain (limping, loss of appetite).of late, it's happening more frequently. When I stop giving the tablet, he again starts showing all these issues within 2-3 days. He takes Meloxicam easily and also responds well. If I can give it to him long term let me know for how long.

Hi Sarita. No. It shouldn’t be given for long term as it might lead to toxicity.

I want to put up three of my kittens for adoption because handling 9 cats is proving to be too much for my mom and since I live in a different city for college and my dad is constantly out for work, she doesn't have much help. Hello! I recently picked up my pet from home boarding on Monday. He's had loose motions since Tuesday. This happens every time I drop him for boarding and when I take him back. Hello everyone,
My 8 year old Labrador, Choco, is spewing up droplets of blood like this every now and then. This happens mostly when he wakes up from sleep and is resting.
Please note that this has not happened before and it’s been 2 days that we have noticed yhis happening. Even local doctors are mostly puzzled and have decided to conduct some scans for an initial diagnosis.
