Ordered this from Kuddle.. and i have received expired product.. such a shame ... Don't they check before dispatching products to customer? This is not acceptable and straight away unprofessional. This time i am disappointed

Update: i am reaching out to the customer support and they have been super helpful. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

Have paid entire training 14 session fees a week back and had got confirmation of beginning the session today. Despite confirming again in the morning, the trainer has not come. Now I get a phone call that the trainer will be replaced. Great that it's done, but what about the delay in service? I've been expecting the trainer since morning for which i had to change a lot of day course to accommodate.
