Hi mam..Vomiting could be due to sudden change in the diet , gastriris, kidney failure, liver failure, intestinal parasites, bacterial or viral infections etc..

Because he feels cold, you can just make him wear something else change the temperature, if AC is on, usually that happens with they feel cold.
