My Pomeranian puppie sleep on floor .she refuses to sleep on bed even If I make his sleep on bed he comes back to floor and falls asleep there

Hi! Your puppy may prefer the floor more than the bed when she is feeling hot. You can place a cooling mat and some favourite toys for her in the bed to encourage her to sleep in the bed.

My Lab Female 8yrs old is not eathing much since couple of days. Though otherwise se is active. Water intake is also little less as compared to before. Do I need to see a vet or this is normal?
