Hi Sanjukta. There could be multiple reasons like triggered territory marking/ hormones due to puberty/urinary tract infections/ bladder stones/ diabetes. Check if any new dog has arrived in the neighbourhood or if it’s due to puberty, give him a good training again. You can also get urine examination done to rule out the other possible causes I mentioned above.
