My 4 month old Shih Tzu looks agitated. She tries to bite us and does not stop even after we ask her to stop and her digging behaviour also has increased. She is also very restless and anxious for some reason

No. We don't leave her alone at all. We haven't even house trained her yet. Planning to start that from next week.

Is there any trigger for biting? Like when you lift her or when you touch her while feeding?

Seeing this inflamed/swollen area in my pup since a couple days, applied ice to reduce inflammation and it works for a while and seems to give him relief. But it's bleeding a little bit, I noticed this morning when I saw blood on his paw. I could see a slight cut mark yesterday, can't see it today. Any suggestions on what should I do?
