Hi Piyush. If there was no change in diet it could be due to worms or an infection(bacterial/fungal/coccidial). Deworm him if he is due. Try to incorporate curd in his diet. I would suggest you to speak to any vet online on kuddle to discuss more on this and for the diagnosis and treatment. Stool examination is recommended as well.
