I see a small white patch on my pup’ nose Could you tell me what it is and why does it occur and how to get rid of the white patch ?

Hello. It's looks like a scratch which is healing. But do supervise your pet to see if it increases in size or if it spreads. If that happens you have to get your pet clinically examined with some laboratory tests to rule out any fungal/mite infection/ granuloma. As of now, no treatment is required.
