Suddenly saw this on my persian kitten’s body; there is some redness on her skin. Can anyone help me out to understand what is this

The pic is not so clear but could be ringworm infection. Is she licking it often?

Yes suddenly she started overgrooming

You can use anti fungal shampoo like Micodin shampoo to bathe her once a week. You can also apply kiskin cream twice a day but put a elizabethan collar to prevent her from licking it.

She is just 3 months old , will these medications help ? And More frequent bath won’t lead to more spread right?

Yesterday(Thursday, 4th May) evening as it rained, we heard a cry from outside our home, as we searched following the Meow meow, there was a kitten stuck in our neighbours building in the pouring raining.
Thankfully he is all well, appears to be 2 months old, gave bath and food. Very easygoing, playful, always purring, from the moment we rescued him.
Unfortunately we can't adopt him as we already have 2 adult cats & both of them are quite upset.
