Doctor why is he getting like this ,from 1week he is getting itching on his tail ,please let me know what it is ? Give some suggestions for clearing it

Hi Vathsalya. It looks moist. Seems like he is licking it continuously. It can bacterial/fungal infection or a lick granuloma. Get Ram examined by a veterinarian along with skin impression cytology and skin scrapings for the proper diagnosis.
