Phantom pregnancy happens in intact females due to the normal hormonal changes after the heat period. The condition usually subsides itself after few weeks.
You can aid her symptoms like milk production and enlarged nipples you can use a t-shirt or a elizabethan collar on her to prevent her from  licking her nipple that can further stimulate milk production.
