The trainer was always before time. He patiently answered all our questions. Told us the right techniques. 1. Pee and potty: Following the tips trainer gave us, we observed no potty or pee accidents. 2. Oro is totally comfortable in the crate and sleeps peacefully,as he doesn't sleep properly before we introduced him to the crate. 3. He is very responsive to the commands. 4. Biting issue stopped after the very first session itself. The techniques trainer said to us worked well. 5. Trainer made us understand the importance of crate training and other commands that he taught to the puppy. 6. The puppy walks along with us and not dragging us around while walking. We are highly satisfied with the training.

He conducted the training well. Very well behaved with us and the pet. Gave us tips and suggestions. But the scheduling with Kuddle was very distressing. I have wrote and spoke about it multiple times still did not improve. We will need few more training sessions as discussed.
