The trainer was always before time. He patiently answered all our questions. Told us the right techniques. 1. Pee and potty: Following the tips trainer gave us, we observed no potty or pee accidents. 2. Oro is totally comfortable in the crate and sleeps peacefully,as he doesn't sleep properly before we introduced him to the crate. 3. He is very responsive to the commands. 4. Biting issue stopped after the very first session itself. The techniques trainer said to us worked well. 5. Trainer made us understand the importance of crate training and other commands that he taught to the puppy. 6. The puppy walks along with us and not dragging us around while walking. We are highly satisfied with the training.

Jahnabi is fantastic. She so passionately loves my puppy and he loves her too. I feel sad that the training is coming to an end. My puppy is well settled thanks to her. She is a force of a personality and keeps my puppy and me entertained. Her joy in dealing with animals comes through her banter, her laughter and her stories. She spoke to my puppy like she would speak to a friend and he understood every word she said, right from when he was a tiny thing. Training a dog involves as much training its human. And the most important thing is intent, no matter the language. Animals understand intent and she taught me this, amongst many other things. I hope to stay in touch so that my puppy can meet her once in a while.
