Pradeep was punctual most of the times, but there were a few instances of no notification on cancellation and arrangement of Alternate walker. Please understand that the room for error in this line of service is very little. If the walker misses the appointment even by 30 mins, it breaks the schedule of the pet and in the case of a senior pet with special needs,, the situation can get even more difficult. So maybe once you've collected the information of the pet, age, condition etc. you can match a walker who has much less history of missing walks.

I didn't try out your other walkers but Aahok is really good

Great job by Kushal in pet walking my dog Puddles. She does not like being walked by others but she is very happy with the service and looks forward to walks. One suggestion to improve the walk path tracking as it does act up at times.
