Hey Diksha. If it's just a fever you can consider giving Himpyrin syrup for 2 or 3 days. But it should never be ignored as there are multiple reasons for it, including tick fever which is of major concern. I advise you to get your pet Clinically examined by a veterinarian, by booking a consultation on priority.
