Toor dal is a good source of protein and fibre but it also causes gastritis if given daily. You can give once or twice a week. You can prefer moong dal over toor dal.

Hi, yes please it's absolutely safe and healthy for your pet but you should overcook it so it's not difficult to digest. If you've never tried it before I would suggest starting with very small quantities before you start giving too much.

I know that golden retrievers are bred in India with a tolerance for heat, unlike the original which stays only in cold climates. However, can I assume that my golden retriever puppy has a higher cold tolerance? I see that he loves to sleep in the floor but sometimes I also see him sleeping like this, trying to be all tucked in. Should I get him a bed? Could he be feeling cold? The reason I haven’t bought one for him is because he chews on everything, including metal. If I gave him something with a mattress, I’m positive he might end up pulling out the cotton etc in a couple of days. I know there are some anti-chew beds on the market, but my question here is that whether I should look for something that keeps him warm or cool…3 comments•152 views

Hi!
A few days back I observed a small bald patch above one eye of my female lab and got her vet consulted. The vet overruled bacterial, fungal or any other infection. But I did observe another one today on one of her arm. This one is small too with no redness. She had itching issues but after the medicine prescribed by the vet it's better now. Any suggestions on what could be the underlying reason for bald patches would be relieving.1 likes•19 comments•141 views
